2. Review & Disclosure

If you qualify, you’ll receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). This legal document outlines fees, obligations, and all the details you need to make an informed decision. You are encouraged to review it carefully with your legal, financial, or business advisors.

3. Training & Onboarding

Once approved, you’ll complete an intensive onboarding program designed to prepare you for client delivery, sales, and business management. You’ll gain access to 10XOPEX™ Playbooks, Templates, and Toolkits—ready-to-use resources that allow you to start serving clients immediately.

4. Launch Your Practice or Firm

With our marketing resources, brand credibility, and structured frameworks, you’ll begin engaging SME clients in your territory or market. Whether you start as an independent consultant (Solo™) or build a team (ProTeam™, ScaleMaster™, or GlobalPartner™), you’ll have the support needed to deliver consistent value.

5. Continuous Support & Growth

Franchisees receive ongoing support from HQ—including training updates, new tools, marketing campaigns, and peer collaboration within the global network. As you grow, you can upgrade your franchise model to expand capacity, gain territory rights, or even lead at the national level.
